Article Processing Fees

At the Hansen Scientific Publication Society, we strive to maintain an open-access publishing model, ensuring that all research articles are freely available to readers worldwide. To support the costs of managing, editing, and publishing high-quality research, we implement a modest Article Processing Fee (APF).

The Article Processing Fee (APF) is set at $100 USD per article. This fee covers various costs associated with the publication process, including:

  • Peer Review Management: Handling the peer review process, including reviewer selection, coordination, and compensation.

  • Editorial and Production Services: Providing professional editing, typesetting, and formatting to ensure articles meet the highest standards of academic publishing.

  • Open Access Platform: Maintaining our open-access platform, which allows unrestricted access to articles by researchers, academics, and the global public.

  • Ethical Compliance: Ensuring that the article adheres to ethical publishing practices, including plagiarism checks and compliance with research standards.

Important Notes:

  • The Article Processing Fee is only applied after an article has been accepted for publication. Authors will be notified of the acceptance and the associated fee once the peer review process is complete.

  • The fee is non-refundable, even if the article is later withdrawn or retracted.

  • Authors are encouraged to explore funding options, including research grants or institutional support, to help cover the Article Processing Fee.

We believe that this fee is a fair contribution to the costs involved in the publishing process, ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality, open-access research for a global audience. The Hansen Scientific Publication Society is committed to supporting the dissemination of knowledge, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to sustain this vital initiative.
